- are passionate about food retail industry and Private brand

- have unstoppable mind and eyes to look for great innovations around the world

- love to communicate with customers, suppliers, operations, design, marketing team to solve difficult puzzles

- entrepreneurial spirit with "Nothing is impossible" mindset does not scare you, but motivates you

- Effortlessly speak English, fluent in other foreign languages is a plus
